Oh, we're on the 3rd day of the cleanse in our In-Home Lifestyle program and it's going great!
Yesterday was full of juicing, poultice drinks, hot foot baths (hydrotherapy), health education, wonderful exercise in the beautiful warm sunny weather, and Bible study. :)
